Why it’s important to Meal Prep.

 It’s almost that time, we’re we all start to  get into the  new year, new me  phase. Well, how about this year  you actually  do it!  We can help! It’s super simple:  meal prepping! So many people  continually  ask me  for  advice with nutrition and its always the same answer.  Do you meal prep? Do you measure what you eat? Do you track?
